I help adults develop emotional flexibility and connect with their strengths and values, so they can manage life’s difficulties better and do the things that help them feel life is enjoyable and meaningful. I work with people with or without diagnosed mental health difficulties. I specialise in helping people with depression, anxiety and chronic health conditions improve their wellbeing, function better and enjoy their life more. I also have an interest in helping people cope with eco anxiety and I enjoy working with neurodiverse clients.
